First used it on a chrysler 200, it auto detected the vin fast, and found alot of codes fast. But when I tried another car, hyundai sonata, it would get stuck after pressing quick scan for codes. I would have to go into obdii and only read engine codes.

The red plug is obvious to the bluetooth module, but the module has a power input (why?) and a USB A to USB B cable input (why?) if the module gets power through the OBD port. The manual does not explain why/what this is there for other than to connect to a tablet (but already has bluetooth). Confusing. When connecting the module to a PC "CP2102N USB to UART Bridge Controller" shows up in the device manager
