Does full image backups - recovered a failing drive to a new one. Does full system backups followed by incrementals - easy to go into the backup and find the file(s) you need in case you botch something. I had used Acronis True Image for several years and was more or less satisfied with it. When NovaBackup became the "best" in comparison with Acronis, I decided to give it a shot. I was very disappointed in how difficult it was to use and restore backups. I gave NovaBackup a year...but I came back to Acronis and I am very happy with that decision. Great product. I have used Acronis products for years and they have saved me several times after a disaster and also with disk clones. One quirk, it would not register after installation, leaving me with a trial copy. Don't bother going through the Acronis troubleshooter routine. I went to Acronis, logged in, went to my account, my products, hit the add product button, and entered the product code.
