Quick setup. Fast computer. I am impressed with this computer. I replaced my 10 year old Aspire that couldn't be upgraded to Windows 10. Very happy with the purchase. I recommend this product. For the price you can not beat an i5 processor with 8 GB of memory. Memory speed of 2666 Mhz. One extra slot for another memory stick. The mother board will also accept an M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD which is a big plus since I will be adding one in the near future. 5.1 Stereo outputs. Video and HDMI outputs. Plenty of USB inputs. Limited to one extra PCI slots. Perfect for a home computer or home office computer.

Cons: The hard drive this comes with is slow, even slower than my previous 8-year old Windows 7 machine with a regular old hard drive. The Windows 10 install comes with a lot of bloatware from Acer, antivirus, etc. and you have to uninstall all of that or wipe and reinstall Windows afresh. It also does not come with Office, so I made the switch to OpenOffice. My main gripe with this purchase was that the audio jack on the front had a lot of noise, and it's built into the motherboard so it's not easily replaceable. I bought a dongle that promised to help reduce the noise and it did, but I still had noise. I could get the noise to stop by wiggling the audio jack connector in the socket, so I decided to see if dismantling the case and installing the SSD might help. Sure enough, after doing that the noise is completely gone. If it hadn't been for that I would have sent it back. Pros: The box is really cheap ($340 at time of purchase) and the specs are pretty good so I can forgive the hard drive. It's easy enough to swap in an SSD with Macrium Reflect and with a little extra RAM you can make a really great machine for an extra $100 or so.Read full review

Pro's - Price was amazing. Got it for $339 new - Psu is up-gradable with off the shelf power supplies - Gpu is upgradable (I fit a EVGA gtx 1080 dual fan no problem) Cons - Single channel ram (only one stick, but up-gradable) - Not overclockable - No case fans (up-gradable) I bought this, threw in a gtx 1080 used, new psu, and a 8gb stick of ddr4, and a cheap 256gb ssd. Scored 4k ready on 3Dmark.

This computer is fast and seems to run software very well. Windows 10 setup was easy. Very good value. The only negative is that it apparently had an older version of Windows 10. It took several hours to download the latest version on a 75 mbps connection.

Good for basic computing only. WIFI and Bluetooth do not work out of the box, and Acer nor Intel have drivers and or software to make it work, so its useless. Currently the I5 and DDR 4 ram alone cost almost the price of the system. The I5 performs amazingly well, but this system even at the price I would be hard pressed to recommend it and most would need to upgrade to win 10 pro, at a cost of about $100. Be careful how you need to use the system before purchasing this one
