    Arrived quickly and worked as expected when I added my own batteries. One cable that jumpers from one battery to the other was missing but this was super easy to build myself. Sticker partially blocking the display was a pain to remove but was able to remove it. Very pleased with the unit. Did have the system scratches as they described but for this price that is to be expected. Where I plan to use this it won't be seen. Would likely order from them again if I had the need.

    Unable to utilise it

    The UPS works after I installed a new battery. The only problem is when the UPS engages to supply power during black out or brown out, it makes a loud sound. This sound seems to propagate with the power causing whatever device that is attached to give off the same sound. It is very dangerous for any item requiring a clean power supply. This item was purchased with the intent to provide clean power to my managed switch, cable modem, wireless router, and attached CCTV IP cameras. The issue may be a result of dying capacitors or other semiconductors within the UPS.

    Better than expected.

    Although it stated used with scuffs, etc., the unit was clean and decent looking. With the higher capacity batteries I got, I expect good results. (Unit called for 7 AH batteries, I got 9 AH, same size. Surprisingly, although the ad said no harness, the harness came with it. Well pleased.

    Protection for my pc, media center, and surveilence cameras.

    Great protection, seamless software integration, and a much more organized bunch of wires behind my media center. Another positive for me is the fact that my video surveilence will continue monitoring for up to an hour despite a power outage or if a thief were to turn off my electrical main. It is not small; it is as big as my old pc tower, but since it is black it is unobtrusive and hardly noticeable sitting next to my media equipment.
