This is a beautiful pan and works well. The steel outer layer is durable and works perfectly with induction cookers. The interior Teflon is multi-layer and will last many years as long as you use it with care. Use only silicon tools and never heat it above 400 degrees. This is probably the best pan of its type available. I hear the warranty is good too. It will fail after several years no matter how careful you are, but if you haven't scratched or overheated it, All-Clad will probably send you a new one. Indefinitely. For the rest of your life, every 4-7 years or so. That makes this pan kind of a no-brainer bargain if you're looking at the long term. It is true that the beautiful handle is not as comfortable as my favorite Calphalons, and the hole in it is rather more awkward to hang, but that doesn't mean I won't buy most of my pans from All-Clad in the future. Wonderful all around pan, induction range comparable the non stick is wonderful, the pan is very balanced in the hand, u use less heat because of the way this pan is made. Transfers heat wonderfully, will make a better cook out of anyone that gets it and u will come back for more of this brand. ( I have used All Clad since 1998, I'm never disappointed )

What a great pan. It has replaced an older unit that has served gallantly. The all-clad non stick is in a class of it's own, at any price. Its remarkable how well the heat is distributed across the bottom, edges and sides. You dont have to be a pro, let the pan do the work ;) MADE IN USA
