Got them. 4 little boxes stuffed in a bag. No notes/instructions for charging. Note when buying the manufacturer lists 5400mWh not mAh. Also you need to charge with USB. Don't put them in a standard 9v charger.

It is not a 9V battery. On full charge, the voltage is initially only about 8.2V. I read about it and my first purchase confirms it. I just wanted to be able to use a rechargeables for couple multimeters instead of buying alkaline batteries. So far the one multimeter doesn't show "low battery" on first use. Another thing is that the manufacturers suddenly decided to show capacity in Wh instead of Ah? Otherwise, pretty convenient.
