Buyer from Australia here, I purchased a guitar worth over 5k AUD - first time purchasing anything from Japan. This seller was great to deal with, quick comms, responsive and honest. They shipped the guitar the same day I made payment and it was in my hands within 3 days, packed perfectly, in exact condition as described. Excellent price. All round a great experience, would recommend to any Australian purchaser.

I was attracted to the seller because the description in full felt quite genuine. I sent a message to inquire about the guitar and received a promptl courteous reply. They went over the guitar again as they said they would to make it nicely, presentable before packing it ever so securely . Shipping was quicker than expected and with the improvements they did the condition it is very nice so I feel I got a good value.

Was skeptical but after doing some of my own research, the seller is amazing. They took care of all of the customs fees and they gave me a great price. It arrived from Japan within four days whereas I’ve had other deliveries done two weeks packed very well. the box was damaged, but I made sure that everything was OK. It is as described and even better condition given its age 10 out of 10 thank you Ishibashi music.
