I asked if the item could be inspected for damage, but the seller responded they could not inspect all of the items they sell due to volume, however they have a 30 day return policy. I took a chance and was pleased to see the item arrived in the OEM box that was internally factory sealed. Overall a great experience with this seller, quick shipping and quick response to my inquiry. A+
