I have dealt with Sciatica for 6 months...many chiropractic visits. Did not know if I had a bulging disc or not. I began the Egoscue method, then read alot about the McKenzie method. This book had helped immensely. I learned much about posture and how all my daily routines kept me in a flex position. I really needed the extension that is taught in this book. The methods are SIMPLE, don't take much time, and don't need special equipment. The pictures are valuable to understand how to do the stretch correctly. Also, not only the back, but also shoulders and neck are covered. Covers what to do when you get spasms, how to work and exercise in correct posture position, and even talks about driving, which I do alot of. Originally I found this in my library, but it was soooo helpful I ordered it. Within a couple weeks I am 90 % better and continuing to improve my daily habits and keep on stretching.Read full review
