Great seller, really appreciate their professionalism, communication and fast shipping of the five tier shelves. When there was a question or I needed something they took care of it immediately. Now as far as the shelf itself. I sent a picture and you get three sets of poles. To put together all five shelves. You would have to have four sets of poles.
