    Transistors were a perfect plug-in fit for my vintage Marantz

    The MJ21193 + MJ21194 Motorola Power Transistors were a perfect plug-in fit in my vintage Marantz 2245 and the sound is superb. As long as you maintain proper NPN to PNP alignment, you will have no problems.

    Pot luck!

    Minimum current gain for these transistors is specified as 75. Five of the ones I received were under 25. Gain across all 10 transistors ranged from 12 to 161. No way for them to be matched.
