I received this item in great condition and very fast. My only complaint would be that I was very lucky to have received it in such good condition as it was just in a small box in a plastic mailing bag. A bubble wrap envelope or a larger box with foam would have been better for the product that was shipped. The shipping companies and USPS are not great in the gentle care department, and like I said, I got lucky.
