So far, they appear to be well-made basic switches. I see no obvious quality shortcuts. One reviewer mentioned the switch plastic melts before solder--THAT'S a result of someone who doesn't know how to solder. I soldered my connections just fine with no melting. Switch is solid. Toggle pressure is just right (doesn't flip too easily or too hard), and has a positive ON/OFF setting (you can't easily move the toggle half way and have it stay there). I can't picture a higher quality switch. I've used mine in a 12V system for about 2 weeks now, so this is an early review, but I'm 100% satisfied.
