I thought by the description that the whole grip was rubber, not just the plug in the bottom. It's polymer. The fit was not as great as I hoped. Once installed, the top thumb portion was not tight and secure to my rifle. Like I said, its a good budget grip, but I wish I would have spent a few more dollars and purchased a rubberized grip.

Blackhawk lower parts are good value. The grip is strong, won’t break down over time, and handles well to abuse. Easy to paint as it’s a hard polymer material. This is one of many that I have. I buy them when I find them on sale or for a good deal.

IM USUALLY PRETTY GOOD AT CATCHING THINGS, BUT I DIDNT CATCH THIS ISNT A RUBBERIZED GRIP. I SAW IT AND ASSUMED BY ITS TEXTURE, AND YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ASS-U-ME. ITS TEXTURED POLYMER. ITS MUCH BETTER FEELING THAN A STOCK A2 BUT NOT AS GOOD AS A TRUE RUBBERIZED GRIP(ERGO)…..GUESS ILL BE BUYING ANOTHER GRIP ELSE WHERE. GOOD FOR A BUDGET BUILD THOUGH. AND FIT WELL.
