Well made of good material. Made too good because it is shipped rolled up from this company. Which mean you have to iron it out flat. They say to run a heater across it at 70 degrees for 3 days and it will flatten out. The inside edge still wants to curl under on its self and the rest has waves and rapids in it. After 5 days of weighting it down and running the heater over it. I bought one 6 years ago and it came out of a flat box. So no curls and such. Not sure why one ships flat and the other curls it. Pain in the A$$ to work with but I'll make it work. Way too much work to curl it back up and return it.

I have a Low to medium pile carpet, and this particular product is too soft. When you type in carpet there isn't the ability to specify what type of carpet and I only see low pile. This product would likely be great on those glue down squares, But is stinks on what I have. I don't know what to do.

After opening carton, I laid mat out on sunny surface with weight at corners & middle. After several hours took inside; mat lay flat. Pretty satisfied with this item; chair rolls now!

Probably my own fault but it seemed arranged to appear to be 1/4" thick. This product is so thin that I have to hunch my chair anytime its been sitting in one spot for more than a few seconds.

Caster wheels sink into the plastic. Plastic should have been more rigid. Especially at this price. One positive note: It is the right size.
