    I mistakenly ordered [touch screen glitch] and immediately tried to cancel, warning seller I would return. I received and returned within the hour, packed better than seller did (though their packing was good). Seller tried to claim I had used/damaged the laptop but I had never even plugged it in. Requested eBay help and they immediately refunded difference so hard to complain. Just be advised they don't seem to have ANY real customer support.
