      As stated, it would not turn on. Found main fuse blown. Ordered new fuses and started troubleshooting to verify that the power transformer was ok. Checked the power supply - ok. Reconnected the amplifier boards and turned it on expecting to have the fuse blow again. It didn't blow! Connected to a pair of speakers and verified the amp does work. So, for some reason the main fuse blew and that appears to be the only issue with this amp. I now have a spare amp for my main audio system. Thank You!

      A awesome AMP

      This amp is very powerful, at first it sounded very flat, but as with any new amp it needs burn in time. I have had this amp playing since i bought it and this thing has really came to life. I like the soft clipping feature when other people are around might just save your speakers. I also like it that you can adjust the amount of volume this amp puts out. A lot of preamps sound best between the 11 to 2 oclock position I don't think I would want it there with this amp set at full power. I bought tis amp at a very good price but would have no problem paying full retail for it well worth the price.

      Refurbished NAD C275BEE Power Amps from Safe and Sound

      Well. I had already bought one of these amps from these guys, which was good value, delivered in a reasonable time, then performed magnificently (details to follow). So when I needed a second, identical amp, why would I choose to buy it from anyone else. When I was in high school, in the mid-1970's, Bose 901 speakers were a dream. Now, I'm retired, and assembling the system that I would have had back then, had I not been a kid, and a little more wealthy, I purchased a pair of Bose 901 Series VI, with Series VI EQ. Fronted with a vintage Marantz 3300 PreAmp, I bought one NAD C275BEE, on the recommendation of a well-trusted audiophile friend. Yeah, I know that this choice of power amp isn't in the spirit of my quest for "vintage", but I wanted a newer amp to try to push the sound out of the ...
