    A week after I purchased the shovel I was notified that the shovel was no longer available and the seller offered a refund. The ebay web site indicated more shovels were still available. Very confusing. I did receive a refund (thank you). I also received an email stating the shovel shipped and would arrive shortly. Later the updated status states the shovel arrived (which it did not). I believe what was "shipped/delivered" was my refund. Poor communications, service and timely responses.
