    Works as claimed.

    Both my ears had become so clogged with wax that it was affecting both my hearing and my balance. Rather than pay a doctor, I figured this would be a good time to give this product a good test. It took three tries with my left ear and four applications with the right one before wax started coming out when I flushed the ear canals with the included device. The product directions state that it may take several repeated applications to work. So yes, I am pleased. Less costly and more convenient than a trip to the doctor and I feel the results were just as good. Although I am pretty certain it would have been much quicker with a doctor visit. But for me, the plus factors outweigh the longer time to get the desired results.

    Works Just like Magic!!

    Let me first say this, PLEASE DO NOT USE COTTON SWABS to clean your ears. It will push the earwax all the way in to the point where your hearing will be muffled for days. Now for the review, I absolutely 100% recommend Debrox if you are experiencing a lot of wax buildup in your ears or even to the point where your hearing is muffled. I highly recommend you buy the pack that includes the syringe bulb, trust me you will need that. Instructions: 1. In the morning use 5-10 drops to the afflicted ear (Recommend 10 if it's that bad) 2. Wait about 20 mins tilting your head down on a pillow (If you hear bubbling sounds in the afflicted ear don't worry that means it is working its magic) 3. After 20 mins, ready the syringe bulb with low to medium hot water(Not extremely hot please) and squirt ...

    Works great for me

    I do a lot of motorcycling with earplugs and my ears seems to produce a lot of wax when I do - maybe they react to the 'foreign object' (earplugs) in my ear. This can build up causing a feeling of blocked ears. I first used Debrox while touring the USA and it worked fantastically. There is a popping/rustling sound as it softens the wax and I leave it in for 20 minutes or so then rinse my ears and dry them. It really works! (note: my wife tried it and didn't experience any popping/rustling - it turns out her ears were 'spotless' anyway - she doesn't have the same issue as me with wax production)

    This item really works well for removal of wax, very light substance to do its job for clearing out the excessive oil build up. Excellent product highly recommended. Even if u have had myringotomy in ears.

    Good stuff - brings relief

    I was suffering from partial to full hearing loss in one of my ears due to earwax buildup, and was looking for a solution. This works, by gently, yet effectively, softening/removing the earwax, when using as directed. This is safer treatment than swabs, which tend tp push the debris further in.
