    Good starter kit, really.

This is an awesome value! 116$ for whole setup. Sure, it's not really 1200 watts. More like 300 watts, maybe. But if someone else thinks RMS like me they can do the math. Or you could look at the fuse protecting your vehicle from catching on fire, lol. E over I X R, sometimes. But really, you get a great box, all the wire you need, ( ground 3ft long), 2 8 in subs. For a starter kit you can't beat it. Hooked up and made sure to not run the communication with the heavy power wire and it sounds great. Been using for 2 weeks testing, and won't quit. Make sure it gets ventilation because it will get slightly warm. Take care of it and it will take care of you. Not as loud as what I had as a youngster, but I had an amp rated 1600 watts real RMS, and 2 JL Audio W3S. But this ain't for me. It's for my 13 year old sons truck when he gets 16. LOL.

    Rushed making it

I had to remove black rubber pieces around the speaker they were rubbing speaker and was making a terrible noise ,hopefully I took them off fast enough before damage to speakers, paint job on front of speakers were quickly done and not very good it is very compact and sleek which I like and has good sound after removing rubber pieces that go around speaker ,screws holding speaker in was also sideways and was running speaker as well but I like the look of the speakers and box and came with everything I needed to set it up but wish more love was put into making the set up hopefully no damage was done from rubber pieces and screws .

  • Easy Install and sounds great

I have a 2013 Accord sport I installed these Rockville 8’s with Amp in and I was surprised just how good the sound quality was for the price. Also made for an easy install and I ran it through my stock deck no problem.

  • I will recommend this to anyone

Love it. The subs weren't as bumping as I thought. So I went up one more size and got Pyle power 10's and a Q-Power box with parallel wiring and I tell you this.... I'm so glad I did. The amp and everything else that came with it is great. The kickboxer is for someone who doesn't have to bang out the frame. But I promise you that it's worth it. But not to knock the package down. It's still worth getting.

  • Needs to review Subs.

The idea behind this kit is a good one, however Rockville needs to do a better job with the Subs loaded in these boxes. Played this at first and was a little impressed, but after a few hits, subs are rattling. Just ordered a single 10" Sub and enclosure to replace. The amp is good for the value. I tested my friends Sub and this hits so hard made me more determined to replace the Rockville subs. Good if you are not going to squeeze the juice out of these guys.

  • Too sml

  • Very impressed.

So far, so good. Very nice quality. Nice looking box, and the amp has plenty of power. Clean deep sound. A lot more than I thought. If the speakers fail, won't matter. Kit is well worth it. But speakers sound fine. If you want more thump, you can get the 12inc. But for a small car like mine, the 8" are righteous. People that installed it, said it was made well. And they installed Rockville product before. As long as it keeps pumpin', I'm a happy camper.🤘😎 Ps, give the unit time to "brake in". Make sure the system isn't ,"clipping". Like two weeks. And will be awesome.

  • what happen

worked great for about a day . went out to my car the next day and sounded like a tommy gun going off in my trunk found out it was the speakers not metal . for 100$ its worth it just for the box, wire kit and amp but the speakers will not hold up at all , buy a new set of speakers that will handle the amp .
