Went out of their way to help me work out a price after I already bought an actuator from another seller THEN learned from the auto body shop that I needed a latch also, that the actuator SHOULD have come with, but didn't. Auto body shop hasn't installed the item yet so I can't say that it worked yet but I am sure the seller tested it before hand. Great communication.
