      Great experience with this seller. While packing the item they discovered a previously unnoticed repair on the sweater and offered me the option of canceling my order or a partial refund. I really appreciated how honest and proactive she was! I opted for the partial refund, and the sweater is still beautiful and soft. It was packaged well, too. Shipping was a little slower than expected, but I think that was on USPS, not the seller (who shipped it promptly). Thank you!
