The packaging had no marks on it to indicate something hit it during shipping. I suspect it was shipped that way. So I was disappointed. I tried to contact the seller about the problem, but never received any response. I can still use the item, I don't think its damaged but I will have to find a case. I'm not sure where it was broken. After I received it in the broken condition, I was disappointed and tried to communicate with the seller. After about 24 hours of no communication, I thought the seller was ignoring me. I should probably have given the seller more time to respond.
