I enjoy Cooler Master Hyper 212; no complaints of noise level, and they are very effective for "normal" moderate usage. Untested in any arena of online gaming , or over clocking! Never any "normal"usage problems or complaint other than the complete CPU cooler, and Fan's if you use dual fans option.
