    Nighty Night Tea! Very good!

    Traditional Medicianals is a very good brand of tea and I use several flavors. Nighty Night is hard to find in stores but I love it so I will order as I need to.

    Valerian "night night" tea is great for sleep

    This tea helped me with falling asleep when withdrawing from Lorazepam. It does have a sedative by effect when you drink the entire cup of tea. It's not the same as other teas that claim to help with sleep, like celestial "sleepy time" tea which did nothing for me. This tea actually has a mild to moderate sedating effect, not just relaxing like most other teas. Would recommend it to others. As with any herbal or botanical product, ask your health practitioner before using.

    Way better than taking prescription drugs.

    First time I tried this tea it really helped me fall asleep within 30 minutes and I stayed asleep for 6 hours. Haven't done that in many years. I highly recommend this above taking anti depressants and anti anxiety drugs. Way better!!! They should have called this tea "Lights Out!"
