all 3 bottles are wrapped in stretch plastic food wrap - when u press down on the cap the other side of the cap pops up there's a small protective piece u remove - this allows the shampoo to flow out -- that protective piece is missing which explains why the bottles are wrapped in plastic. in other words. all 3 bottles were returned. this is second hand stuff being passed as new the web site says new but its not
