    It would have been nice to know that this was shipped freight and we would have a limited time to pick it up or be charged storage fees and that they would not deliver at her house unless somebody was home during a four hour window. We are very happy with our purchase… It was packed well and an excellent condition just as described. Even better perfect paint match. We thought so, but couldn’t quite tell from the pictures.

    Price and shipping was fair. BUT - several parts were used in the listing photos with no explanation - scratches in the paint were not included in photos or descriptions, to make the item look as good as possible. - when i messaged before to ask if the part had any damage the response was 5 words “we do not inventory scratches” After purchase they argued that i didn’t understand expectations. They claim to be helpful & have pride in their parts, but act to hide details from buyers . Beware

    I explained we do not mark for scratches on the cover, as it is impossible to note every scratch. I also explained if you were not happy I can provide a return label. You wanted a perfect side view mirror that was inexpensive.
