Rather than the old bump-and-bumble robots it follows the map and performs full coverage flawlessly. I've spent more on other robot vacuums for half the efficiency - with two cats I'm always battling the cat hair problem and this makes short work of it.

Seller offered a small credit in lieu of a return, which would have been a major hassle to repackage everything and send it back. I accepted that as the best option, but it is clearly part of their business model to repackage damaged and used vacs with disgusting things inside and misrepresent them as “like new.”
