A very good Ryobi battery
This battery provides extra power for my Ryobi grass trimmer...the trimmer will run for a longer period of time. It works very well. It will charge up to full charge in about 2 hours after it is totally discharged. It has 4 lights built into it to show the amount of battery life left when using it. Ryobi 40 volt 2Ah battery
I made a mistake and ordered without checking further. I just assumed that I was getting the 2.6 Ah like I already had. However, the price was right and the product is smaller & lighter than the two that I have which do not accept a charge any longer. Cosmetic Factory reject, great battery for price
This is exact same battery that I purchased with string trimmer. The difference is this one is a reject due to sticker label was upside down so it did not pass quality control. The battery works great and I do not care the sticker is upside down. That is why the price was reduced because it is a factory reject. I did not know this at time of purchase, i bought because of price. I would buy again even knowing it is the way it is.

Great source of Li-ion cells!
I have purchased over 40 of these 40 volt 4 amp batteries in the past three weeks. Some were new, some used, and some defective. There are 20 cells in each battery, so I have approx. 800 cells to build a power wall. Of the 800 cells, 20 were bad. That's 2.5 percent! 97.5 percent were excellent! Good capacity. Not so great performance
I have a 5ah and just bought this 4ah to allow me to mow my yard on a single charge. While the 4ah does last longer, I do feel that the 5ah supplies more power. The mower moves faster when in the same speed setting and the blade appears to spin faster.
