from the little I have used it, it appears to work fine. I will like it once I master it. The few pictures I've taken, look really nice. What takes getting use to is when you lean forward to snap a close up (like a flower), the lens moves forward. There is a lock button on the base that you have to learn how to use it to make it hold in place.
