    ,Heavy Gauge metal .Nice hardware and safe way to ride

    After I figured out how it worked it became easier to get it in place to adjust and tighten on each side. Not every bicycle front fork will be the same so there will be different ways to use the tork arms.They will hold your wheel better using two and you may need to and a washer or extra hose clamp with Lock tight blue .No directions so You tube what you can .
