It wasn’t wrapped in tissue paper or anything. The blouse was as described. The value and the blouse was fine and the cost of the shipping was a little much for the package. I think; but the USPS knows best! lol. I love the blouse it is so cute. I was a F/A for a major airline for 32 years and the blouse brings back good memories. Thank you, Lee Ann Walters
