I have purchased eight different versions of Dragon NaturallySpeaking over the last 20 years. I really mean I can't type it all! I just purchased Dragon 15 and there are a significant number of improvements over the Dragon 12 that I have been using for the last few years. There is a little bit of difference between these two versions and the accuracy improvement is very noticeable. There are some commands that have been changed but they are changes that don't add too much additional wear and tear on the user. I would recommend this to friends.

Doesn't work with EMR
It works well generally, but does not work with my electronic medical record. I have a one man pediatric practice, minimally profitable due to regulations and difficulty getting insurance reimbursement, and just cannot afford the medical version. I was using version 13 before, which did work using "dictation box", but that capability has been disabled in this version apparently, which was a surprise. So the software is mostly useless to me.
