    Installing this trash in my truck was an absolute waste of time. I was made promises of receiving items that were never shipped to me. I was also told by Derek that he was going to ship me a new system (he didn’t) Jake should not be in customer service at all. Rude liars do not buy this. Do yourself a huge favor and get it somewhere else. They even messaged me stating that the box isn’t something they sent me trying to send this garbage back. Accused me of not having the competency to install.

    Why literally 1000s of the exact same Fortin brand systems have been installed on the same Ford vehicles without a glitch, but not on his, even after hours of our tech support assisting him, and during the installation kept developing new problems on every step of the installation, is something only whoever is reading this can decide.
