Look like maybe they rolled it end over end and split the box open and the Styrofoam packing blocks are basically Styrofoam balls and all over everything including me! Lol May need to consider a better way to pack the unit for shipping. It has a fair amount of scratches on it from where it looks like they may have slid it in the side of the box across concrete or asphalt. Only issue I have.
