      First, took 4 days for the seller just to ship the item. Second, the 64 BCS note was poorly package (no carboard) and arrived damaged. There was a deep crease (4cm) and several defects making it effectively a 58 at best. Contacted the seller. He said ok, send it back for a refund. I replied what is your address and will you pay for shipping? He never answered. I sent several more messages: nothing. Had to ask EBay to step in. Finally got a refund. Very strange experience.
