    The mattress sat in the apt office for two weeks before he ever contacted me. I repeatedly asked for a picture of the damage contents for FedEx. It took MANY messages to get the buyer to pull out the mattress which was NOT damaged per his message to me. Only the box was damaged. He didn’t want to revise his feedback to correct the fact that nothing was wrong with the mattress. This mattress is oversized; cost $500 to ship. I simply needed a picture for FedEx. Again, no damaged mattress
