However, the item is new as described! The packaging was sufficient as well. It was raining very hard when my order was delivered, and it was encased in two separate layers. The shipping came sooner than expected; all in all, I would buy from this seller again. Thank you!

I know this because I ordered a larger size of this same item for my other pet from Amazon and that one had no odor whatsoever. I could not use this item as my pet is allergic to Febreze.
