      This bag has been used as it has marks on the PVC part of the bag, the gold hardware is not ans bright as it should be and the PVC and leather are extremely pliable from use. This was advertised as a new bag and I expected just that. I am asking for a return of the bag as I cannot use this for my business . This is in NO WAY a new bag. It was also mailed to be wrapped in multiple puppy pads with tape.
