A Good Value And Good Good Quality Multi
I always look for value AND quality in nutritional supplements. I have to have BOTH or I don't make a purchase. I'm not loyal to a single brand either. I do my research, and again, if the product meets my needs of value (a low price) and quality (nutrient content, amount of mg per pill, number of pills per bottle, where the ingredients are sourced from, etc), I'll make a purchase. I have used Now Special Two for around 5 years now. I cant find a multi that can beat it so far, for the price, quality and amount of nutrients you get per capsule.
