    NOW Iodine from kelp can help keep your' Thyroid healthy.

    I found out that I had an Enlarged Thyroid and it was most likely because I don't get Iodine in my diet so with NOW foods Iodine from kelp , Now I do . At 150 mcg of Iodine per pill I now get the RDA of Iodine each day ...I can only hope that taking this Iodine makes my Enlarged Thyroid shrink back to normal . Of course consult your doctor before taking vitamin or mineral supplements .
