Pors and cons
The product is excellent; and I will continue to use the product. The single use applicator is absurd. It is wasteful, irritates the eye if, and inevitably it will, when it touches the eye with its sharp edges. On average I find that 2-3 applicators per box are empty. I've written the company about my observations. No response, however. I did suggest a multi-use applicator like Refresh Tears has. MADE MY EYES DRIER
I use this at night before I go to bed because my doctor recommended that I do that, and when I bought this for the first time in stores, it did not disappoint me so I bought it again but through eBay. When I used it, in the morning my eyeballs were so cold (if that makes any sense) and it literally hurt to keep my eyes open for longer than a minute. Best drops ever
I’ve used many, many different kinds and brands of drops. With my having been diagnosed with Sjögren’s syndrome, I’ve had to go beyond OTC and prescribed medications. These Refresh drops have been the best so far in keeping my eyes moisturized so that I don’t have to be using drops more than once a day. Best eyedrops for dry eye
These are the best eyedrops I've found for dry eye syndrome. These contain no preservative (which can damage your eyes.) I use them at bedtime, sometimes in the middle of the night, &/or first thing in the morning. Yes, I still use Refresh Plus during the day but far less frequently. Yes, Celluvisk drops will blur vision for a short while if you need to use them during the day. Yes, you should heat pak &/or use "eye scrub," but less frequently. For me this protocol accomplishes the goal of keeping dry eye pain in control with the least amt. of time & effort. Well worth a try!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Gel eye drops
I've been using Refresh gel drops for about 2 years. They have allowed me to extend my time between application from 15-20 minutes to 1 - 1 1/2 hours on average. This is for one eye that is totally dry, so that is quite significant. The only bad thing is that for the first 10-15 minutes after putting a drop in, my eye is blurry because of the thicker gel. It's pure-no preservatives-and works for me!

Great Relief
Regular eye drops weren't cutting it. This was recommended by a doctor online, and I decided it couldn't hurt to give it a try. I was not disappointed. The only thing to watch out for is that it crusts a little around the eyes, so definitely not something you want to use while out, unless you can wash your face. Easy to use and portable
My doctor has me use these with my scleral contact lenses because my eyes are SO dry, 2 drops in each lens each time I insert them. I'm not sure if they work, but after this I will quit using them because it is just another added expense onto the already expensive supplies I need for my eyes.
