    Very well made hernia belt at this affordable price! I've bought a third now! Nice to be able to shower in one and have a dry one waiting! If your inguinal hernia pops out, it can simply be pushed back in. My goal with this belt is to even wear it taking a poopie on toilet(!), so as to not ever have my stuff pop out at all. It CAN be done! Excuse TMI! When prone, while sleeping, your hernia stays in by itself. You put the belt back on when waking. It can maybe EVEN self heal keeping it in, bros!
