    I ordered this roof rack on 9/2/2025 it was supposed to be delivered by 9/10, but had not shipped on 9/8. They asked for more time after I messaged asking about the status. They listed this as new in the title, but everything came used! Packaged poorly, the screws and bolts were just sprinkled all over the inside of the box. Zero care! Every piece of the roof rack was broken/damaged and they clearly didn't check this before they sent it to me. Then they refused to refund me for days. Do not buy.

    Not because of the seller, but this purchase has been an ordeal! It was not delivered on time on three different delivery dates! It was delivered to the wrong address! Then it was picked up to be returned to the shipper, but returned again to original address! Now, I have a $400+ roof rack in Edmonds, WA and I am back home in Iowa. I needed it when I was in Edmonds to use on my Bronco to get home, that’s why I ordered it! I’m out the rack for now and will cost over $165.00 to ship to Iowa! Help!

    The best thing about this is its low price. Be prepared to work hard to get this to fit. It took some figuring out even with Honda instructions. The center extrusion is reversed left to right so you have to remove the endcaps and swap them otherwise the center fixing does not line up. One of the T nut fixings had not been threaded at all (I cut my own thread). The extra crossbar endcaps provided were a nice idea but useless as they were for the wrong side, it’s the left one you have to relieve to make it fit (seems crazy it doesn’t fit as those tolerances are only to do with their own product, nothing to do with the actual vehicle. I wouldn’t buy this again, now to see how the plastics hold up in the sun.
