At first, the listing had an error, but after asking the seller, he fixed it. The seller forgot to include the charger and I sent a message that he replied a few days later and asked me if I wanted a partial refund or to send me a charger, but because I already bought one, he refunded the price I payed for the charger I bought.

The GPU fired up and works just fine so far. I would advise to pay more attention to packaging next time to ensure the item arrives in good conditions. Other than that Item arrived just as described. I would also advise against using deceiving words like "Super" when you know this is not a 2070Super and there is no Such thing as a "super GPU"
