    The cap was supposed to arrive by Sept. 30. Seller very late to ship. The seller apparently didn't pay the postage because the post office would not deliver the cap. Contacted seller and told them I needed the cap for a veterans event on Oct. 10. The seller said they would re-ship the cap but only got it in the mail a couple days ago, too late for why I ordered it. I don't know what this sellers issue is but this is one of the worst eBay transactions I've ever had.
