    slow burning horror/thriller

    its a dark slow burning horror that runs along the lines of the film ",straw dogs" but more menacing, with sylvester [dr who ] macoy at his best, maisie williams is at her best showing innocent to desperation as the film progresses. the others [ no pun intended ] do well in there parts, all in all a dark menacing movie with a surprise/sad ending that i shall not give away here. my only criticism is as always these films are recorded in low lighting, and this one especially had to be watched in the dark, because the daylight "destroyed" the image on the t/v screen, even then i had to turn the brightness and contrast up to be able to see what was going on, which then made it to "light" in the outside scenes, whilst struggling with the visual image i did get into the characters, especially ...
