CHEAP CRANK ARM BROKE AFTER 3 TIMES USED!
Within 2 weeks the crank handle broke off. 😥😒😒😒 I always purge the hose of water before cranking it up just for this very reason but you have to feed the hose while cranking it in and also hold the box with a foot so the box does not slide around when cranking up the hose. 😩😓😩😓 Contacted SUNCAST and after 37 Minutes on hold they Finally said they will be sending out a replacement "Free Of Charge!" 😲 WOW!!!😂😕 Darn Right, Free Of Charge!!!😠🤡🤡🤡 3 weeks now and still no replacement crank arm had to call again to find it was only just mailed out! 😫😬😠 Sure Hope I Don't Have To Go Through This Again And Again!💸💸💸💸💸🚽Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Small, flimsy and not at all what I expected.
I have two other Suncast hose caddies which are much better. This one is good only for a very lightweight hose. The reel mechanism is not substantial at all.
