    Our customer service experience with Vitabox was outstanding. Unfortunately, the version of the product sent was the updated version from CoverGirl in different packaging as they restructure their eyeshadow line-up. The new version is a slightly lighter shade, even though it uses the same name/number as the old one. Vitabox was very prompt responding to our communication and kindly issued a refund immediately. Would recommend them based on this experience alone.

    Good value but requires a little 'work'.

    I didn't notice the expiration date of 8/18 (next month), and that's my fault. Mascara was semi-dry, so I added an eye dropper or two or water, stirred all with a toothpick, and it's fine now.

    Perfect for coloring and brushing brows at the same time!

    I've been using this for 40+ years to color my eyebrows! It adds the right color and brushes the brows at the same time. This color is hard to find because most mascaras are black. It's interesting that within the past 5 yrs. or so cosmetics companies are now selling a brow color gel with a brush on one end. 2 steps to do what I do in 1 step and they don't do as good a job as this mascara!
