They list the panel on EBAY as a 400 watt panel but ship a 100 watt which is worth about half of what you pay for a 400 watt. Then they give you a token refund and tell you to keep the panel. So they still sold the 100 watt for way more than it was worth. eBay is getting more and more scammers...
